Is NAIAQ still a marketplace?
Yes. Browse Providers, Post a Job, quote requests, tracking, provider questions and applications remain. Business management now leads the public product story.
Does NAIAQ guarantee a quote?
No. Standard marketplace requests are free to post, but provider interest, availability or a quote is not guaranteed.
Does NAIAQ collect payment for a standard job request?
No. For the ordinary marketplace flow, scope, schedule, price, payment and delivery are agreed directly between customer and provider.
How do I track a job?
Use the Job ID and the email attached to the request. NAIAQ sends a six-digit verification code before opening the job.
Which plans include Customer Approvals?
Customer Approvals are included on Pro. Check the plan comparison before choosing.
Can staff use the provider workspace?
Staff seats are available on eligible Small Business plans. Staff use separate access for assigned work.
